In San Teodoro, popular seaside resort in the eastern Sardinian coast, we suggest a wonderful villa situated near central Piazza Gallura, on a quiet private road. The house is close to the wonderful sandy beaches of Isuledda and La Cinta; the wide surrounding garden has a large vaiety of fruit trees and typical Sardinian flora, with cute relaxing corners. From the first floor veranda You have a beautiful sea view with the islands of Tavolara and Molara. Beautiful prints are hung up at the walls and make this "Casa" unique.

Villa on three floors.
Ground floor: entrance, veranda, garden, indipendent kitchen, living room, two double/twin rooms, two bathrooms.
First floor: double/twin room, bathroom, panoramic veranda.
Basement floor: double/twin room with wide window on garden, bathroom.
